Based on Article 24 of Law on State Aid Control (Official Gazette of RS, No. 51/09) and Article 42, paragraph 1 of Government Law (Official Gazette of RS, No. 55/05, 71/05 – correction, 101/07 and 65/08),
The Government passes the following
REGULATION
ON RULES AND PROCEDURE FOR STATE AID NOTIFICATION
Article 1
This regulation shall prescribe in more detail the rules and procedure for notifying state aid scheme and individual state aid.
Article 2
State aid shall be notified as state aid scheme and individual state aid in compliance with Article 12 of Law on State Aid Control.
